— Endings Are Not Failures
Most of us were taught to fear endings. I know that was sure me. DONE. BAM. CLOSED. NO MORE. Endings feel so final… and, often like failure. But what if an ending is not a sign you failed… but that you grew? Or, that you outgrew something? Or, you are beyond “that” season?
Mindset shifts happen when we stop seeing endings as dead ends, the final word, or rooms with no windows or exits and start seeing them as decision points. Just because something is familiar doesn’t mean it’s fruitful. And just because something is comfortable doesn’t mean it’s still your calling, your place, or your future.
💭 You don’t have to drag what’s done into your next chapter.
🌀 Prompt:
What chapter do you have dogeared, bookmarked, or open… the one you keep going back to… the one that God might be calling you to close?
“Endings are a part of life. They are woven into the fabric of life itself, both when it goes well and when it doesn’t.”
